BankDetailShield™ — End‑User Licence Agreement

Licence. BankDetailShield grants you a non‑exclusive, revocable licence to access and use its software (“Service”) for your internal business purposes.
Data Access. By connecting external services you authorise BankDetailShield to retrieve read‑only data via the OAuth scopes you approve. We will never create, update, or delete records in your accounting system.
Fees. Beta access is free; future paid plans will be communicated in writing with 30 days’ notice.
Confidentiality. We treat your data as confidential and implement industry‑standard controls to protect it.
Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is” during the beta. We disclaim all warranties and liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability. Our total liability arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed US $100 during the beta period.
Termination. You may disconnect the Service at any time via the dashboard. We may terminate beta access on 7 days’ written notice.
Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
